By using our services you recognize and agree that the advertising companies who deliver ads for the Developer may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. These ad-servicing companies are integrated into our services; If you do not want to be subject to the ad serving company, do not use or access our Services. Eternal Studio does not have access to or control of third party technologies, or companies. We encourage you to review their policies before using our products.
Analytics
The Developer uses your information with responsible third party analytic companies, such as Google Analytics. By using our services you also consent to any and all policies that go along with the analytic service that is Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. For your convenience you can turn off the analytics in the settings menu.

Minors
The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If the Developer learns that they have inadvertently gathered personal information from children under 13 years of age, the Developer will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such personal data from the Developer’s records. Third-Party Marketplaces
The Developer provides games and the Service via third party marketplaces, such as Apple's App Store, Google's Android Market, and Amazon’s App Store. These marketplaces may collect information about you or receive information from us in the course of providing or analyzing their services. The Developer is not responsible for these marketplaces, and is not affiliated with or responsible for the actions of these third parties. You may connect to Twitter when sharing high scores, by clicking the Twitter button you must agree with Twitter’s policies that are separate from the Developer’s. We do not collect any of your personal information when you connect your Twitter to our services.
In-app purchases or products
A user must use a third-party checkout that we have integrated with our products to pay for the product requested. The third party operator’s privacy policy and security practices will apply to process a user’s information. The Developer does not collect any information that you give to our third-party checkout companies. We encourage you to read their privacy statement before providing your information.
